Thank you for your interest in DRR products. We are receiving great reviews on our excellent line of ATV's. In 2000 DRR set out to raise the bar on youth ATV's. Being an avid rider, the owner, realized while riding with his sons that ATV's should be made better so he made THE BEST. DRR was the first to incorporate brake lights, kids soft suspensions, and extra wide axels all for the safety of children. On the back side of the carburator there is a vent that turns down towards the ground. This vent may allow dirt or other debries to enter the intake system. Although the carb was designed to vent to the outside we have found a performance gain and a cleaner running engine can be maintianed by doing the following. Locate the 90 degree vent on the carburator and place a hose on it. Run the hose back to part number 2 there is an inlet towards the top rear of the air cleaner tube attach hose to inlet. You must first open the hole in the tube up as it is not opened. Once complete tune carb and away you go! Thank you!
